GENERAL

How does it work?

Every month, you’ll receive two (2) bags of our healthy cereals that we prepared exclusively for the blendm8 subscribers. The mixes change every month and are handmade by us in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you make the cereals yourself?

All of our mixes are invented and put together by our chefs at blendm8.

Is it possible to buy only one box, without subscribing?

No. However, it is possible to unsubscribe anytime at no cost.

I want to offer a subscription as a gift, is it possible?

Absolutely! All you have to do is contact us and mention the number of months you want to offer. Please note that the minimum purchase is three (3) months and that a one-time payment will be required.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, since what we sell is perishable, we don’t accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, just contact us and we will do everything we can to satisfy you.

SUBSCRIPTION

Do I have to commit to anything when subscribing?

Nope! You can skip a month whenever you want, and you will not be charged for that month.

Is it possible to receive more than one box?

Of course! All you have to do is write to us and tell us how many boxes you would like to receive. We will take care of the rest.

When will you charge my credit card?

It all depends on when you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 17th day of the month, your next payment will be on the 17th day of the following month. We will send your box 1-3 days after receiving the payment.

SHIPPING

How are the boxes delivered?

The delivery is made everywhere in Australia and New Zealand by Australia Post

Does someone need to be home at the time of delivery?

Negative! If no one is home the delivery person will simply leave it in your letterbox or at your front door.

When do you send the subscription boxes?

Every business day. When you subscribe, allow 1 to 3 days for your box to be sent.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always completely free!

PRODUCT

I am allergic to an ingredient, is it possible to receive another mix?

Absolutely. Whenever possible, we can send you the same mix twice or even mixes from the past month. All you have to do is write to us, tell us what you’re allergic to and what you would like to receive.

How long are the cereals good for?

Our cereals can be preserved for three (3) months on the shelf, at room temperature, as long as the bag’s zip-seal is properly closed. You do not need to put them in the refrigerator.
